Wlotzkasbaken Provisional Valuation Roll 2023 to 2027

In terms of section 69 of the Local Authority Act, 1992 (Act No. 23 of 1992), as amended, notice is hereby given that;

a) The Provisional General Valuation Roll for WLOTZKASBAKEN is lying open for inspection during the ordinary office hours of the Erongo Regional Council for Twenty-one (21) days from:

• Monday, 13th May 2024 to Wednesday the 10th of June 2024.

b) The Valuation Court will sit on Friday, 21st of June 2024 at 14:00 at the Swakopmund Magistrate’s Court.

c) REGISTERED OWNERS of rateable properties in respect of which a Valuation is contained in the Provisional General Valuation Roll are called upon to lodge their objections if they wish to do so and must give the grounds for such objection in writing to the Chief Regional Officer of the Erongo Regional Council against any such Valuation within the Twenty-one (21) days from the publication of this notice.
